Rob Kevlihan, MAcc, FCA, MA (IR) is a consultant with over 10 years experience working in and researching issues related to service provision in conflict and post conflict situations. He is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and will have completed a Ph.D in International Relations by year end.
